Acceptance of terms
By creating a Warranti account or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
Subscriptions and billing
Warranti offers a free plan and an optional Pro subscription billed monthly or annually through the App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
Refunds
Subscription payments are processed by the app stores. Refund requests must be made through Apple or Google according to their policies. We do not issue refunds directly.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Intellectual property
The Warranti app, brand and content are owned by Warranti. You may not copy, sell or redistribute them without written permission.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided as-is. Warranti is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
